Synopsis

After Kanna Kamui's escapade to New York leads her to make a new friend named Chloe, Kanna invites her to Japan to go sightseeing. Following their reunion at the airport, Kanna—accompanied by Kobayashi, Tooru, and other friends—takes Chloe around the attractions of Japan, starting with Akihabara. Expertly guided by Tooru, the group enjoys exploring the city before returning home to meet with Saikawa and continue their adventures.

As Chloe's final day in Japan draws near, Kobayashi helps set up a farewell party so everyone can enjoy one last event together before Chloe returns to the United States.

I must say if you love Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid series then you will definitely love this.

It's just as wholesome, fun, and charming as a regular episode. You must have read in some other reviews that it has "loli fanservice" and so on but to be honest those scenes are barely noticeable, really short, and most probably won't notice them, that is unless you are really looking for them (like some kind of insane critic).

So to conclude I would say that you should just ignore those reviews, go ahead and watch this wholesome treat and enjoy it to the fullest.

Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S: Nippon no Omotenashi - Attend wa Dragon Desu isn’t something we haven’t seen before. Simply put, this OVA is Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid minus the deeper aspects of the show.

This OVA features Chloe, a girl who - IIRC - we met for 1 episode in the parent story when Kanna traveled to the US. Though, this time the tables are flipped, Chloe is coming over to hang out with Kanna in Japan to experience their culture! The vibes of this OVA are fucked

The story idea is nice. Chloe, the girl Kanna met in the US, is coming over for a visit. They go on a trip to play around in Akihabara and on the next day hang out with Saikawa. But it's just so creepy at times that I can't enjoy it.

Dragon Maid is sadly no stranger to loli and shota fanservice. Especially the scenes with Shouta and Quetzalcoatl are terrible, but this one cranks it up a notch. Spending time with Kanna and Saikawa involves going swimming, of course featuring swimsuits and asshots of the little girl characters, and then ...
